An evergreen tribute to Chief Gabriel Osawaru Igbinedion at 91

Earl and Duchess Osaro Onaiwu, the Earl of Africa have paid tribute to the Esama of Benin Kingdom, Chairman, Okada Group, Chief (Dr) Gabriel Osawaru Igbinedion on his 91st birthday today.
