The Nigerian Legion on Friday marked a significant milestone with the Passing Out Parade of 220 new commissionaires from Course 16, held at the Legion Training Ground in Suleja.
The ceremony saw the National Chairman, Grace Morenike Henry, charged the fresh graduates to uphold the highest standards of conduct and dedication as they embark on their duties.
In her address, Mrs. Henry underscored the Legion’s unwavering commitment to discipline, issuing stern warning against any actions that could tarnish the Council’s reputation.
She emphasized that such behavior would lead to immediate dismissal.
Promising enhanced welfare and expanded opportunities for members, the National Chairman urged the newly inducted personnel to actively safeguard and elevate the standing of the Nigerian Legion within the community.
He encouraged the commissionaires to diligently apply the lessons learned during their training, highlighting these values as crucial guides for effective duty fulfillment.
