Oyebanji hails NYSC’s contributions to Ekiti development

The Ekiti State Governor, Abiodun Abayomi Oyebanji has poured encomiums on the National Youths Service Corps NYSC for contributing through Corps’ involvement in the socio-economic development of the State.

In a statement released by the Scheme on Saturday, as the Governor said the tremendous impact of Corps Members in rural development, education and health sectors of the State cannot be over emphasized.

He stated this when Director, Skills Acquisition and Entrepreneurship Development programme, Omotade Benjamin paid him a courtesy visit in his office in Ado-Ekiti.

Oyebanji promised his administration’s support for the Scheme Ekiti State Secretariat.

Speaking earlier, Omotade Ayodele,  who was a childhood friend to Governor Oyebanji congratulated him on his election victory.

He promised the readiness of NYSC Ekiti State Secretariat towards supporting the administration of Governor Oyebanji in actualizing his vision for the State.

Mr Omotade, who was accompanied on the visit by the NYSC Ekiti State Coordinator, Mrs Chikezie Mary Nnena and some staff also discussed with the Governor, different areas of mutual benefits for the State and NYSC.
