The Purple Crown Gymnastics Club on Saturday held fourth edition of gymnastics grading event at the Moshood Abiola National Stadium package (B) Complex Abuja.
The fourth edition of gymnastics grading event was witnessed by many gymnastics sports lovers and children from different schools in Abuja, Nigeria.
Gymnastics is known as the hardest sport in the world. Many people don’t understand why it’s so difficult, but at Purple Crown Gymnastics Club, we know all too well!
Purple Crown Gymnastics shared the four main reasons why gymnastic courses for young children are so challenging.
The Chief organizer and the head coach Martha Gabriel explained that Women compete on four events: vault, uneven bars, balance beam and floor exercise, while men compete on six events: floor exercise, pommel horse, still rings, vault, parallel bars, and high bar.
The event consists mainly on the use of various gymnastic apparatus, as well as the use of the floor for different exercises.
One of the parents Mrs. Jessica Markar expressed her Joy and congratulates the organizers of the event, she was of the view that the Purple Crown Gymnastics Club is the best amongst the others and promised to help them get sponsors for the next edition.
Another parent Mr. Mark Gbillah said he is happy that the culture of gymnastics is been cultivated amongst the Youth’s in Nigeria with a lot of potential.
He commended the organizers encouraging them to also get more professional trainers to assist the children so that Nigeria can start to produce gymnast at world events such as the Olympics.
Mr. Kelechi Duru in his speech advices parents to get their kids involved in the Gymnastics Club that it makes the children know how this flexibility and exercise to watch overweight amongst the children and families, he said he had been with the club for the past 4 years and that his kids are doing well.
The organizer of the event said gymnastics grading is the most decorated games in the history of Sports in the world.
