Many christians today are so much fascinated about miracle seeking prosperity, power,fame and positions but hardly ponder about the position of God about the end of age.
If you have a fascination about how the world as we know it is going to end, as the disciples of Jesus did. They could not contain their curiosity, so one day they simply as Jesus’
Will there be signs ahead of time to signal Christ return and end of the world? (Matthew 24:3)
If you are looking for clues to the end of the world, the most reliable source is Jesus christ…. Here is short list of what He told His disciples would be the signs that the end is at hand ( mattew24:1-22,mark13:3-23).
2. Revolutions
3. Famines
4. Earthquakes
5. Epidemics
6. Strange natural disasters
7. Unprecedented oceanic events
8. Persecutions of christians
9. Rampant immorality
For that will a time of greater horror,so its very important we hold unto God. Jesus was not the only one to predict that cataclysmic events would occur at end of the world
Around 550BC, the prophet Daniel had visions concerning how the world was going to end. Daniel said, then there would be a time of anguish than any since nations first come into existence (Daniel 12:1)
Daniels prophecies, along with the statements of Jesus and the book of Revelation form the foundation of what we know about tribulation. Its Daniel prophecies that reveal to us that the tribulation is going to last seven years
Tribulation in John’s revelation much of the information about tribulation is also found in Revelation… John recounts the vision which God gave him about the end of the world,chapters4-19 of revelation.
The Tribulation is a seven year period of disaster which precede the second coming of Jesus Christ
During the tribulation, God will pour out his wrath on the earth in punishment fir mankind ain and rebellion. Also, during the tribulation, satan will promote his scheme through a world leader refered to as antichrist.
The antichrist will declare himself to be God. The Tribulation will end in the prolonged battle of Armageddon. This occurrence will happen before the second coming of Jesus Christ.
