The 35th founder anniversary of Ijo Mimo Ibukun Orisun Iye Olaiya Street, Lawani Layout off Oleyo Road, Odo Ona Elewe, Tipper Garage, Ibadan, has come and gone, but the spiritual reawakening, wedding anniversary and Naming thanksgivings of the Owodunni Olubamiro and Oyebode families during the celebration will remain indelible.
The celebration was kick-started with the opening prayer offered by the church Leader, Senior Leader Damola Olatunde who set the eccelestic tone for the anniversary.
This was followed by the reading of the only lessons by Prophetess Mary Ojeikere followed by confession prayer ( Ijewo Igbagbo) said by Evangelist Rufai while a special prayer coordinated by Most Senior Apostle Tunde Fajutu, further sealed the evangelistic potentials, synonymous through the two men and woman of God of Ijo Mimo Ibukun Orisun Iye.
Thereafter, praises and worship songs were rendered by the church choir led by Abiodun Olaniyi who treated the congregation to scintillating rendition of gospel tunes that electrified the church auditorium while the founder and Spiritual head, Ijo Mimo Ibukun Orisun Iye, Prophetess Mary Osunla (JP) Iya Kano ended the praises with prayers.
Thereafter, special announcement( Ifilo) was read by the church Secretary, Lady Evangelist Bola Raji, assisted by the District Head, Ijo Mimo Ibukun Orisun Iye, Special Apostle Ale and offering was received and coodinated by Senior Leader Damola with the assistance of deputy district head.
The Ijo Mimo Ibukun Orisun Iye, Most Senior Apostle, Tunde Fajutu called the family of Oyebode to come out for child outing thanksgiving followed by the wedding thanksgiving of Owodunni Olubamiro’s family.
During the thanksgiving, Baba Aladura, Snr. Sup. Apostles J O Adeopa ( GCOE) Baale Oonigbagbo, Oluyole local government came in and followed by the special rendering of songs by the church choir while the District Head, Ijo Mimo Ibukun Orisun Iye, Senior Apostle Ale preached the word of God.
While speaking during an interview with Apreel1 Events TV, Mr. Aliu Oyebode, popularly called Dangote, his daughter, Wuraola, thanked all the people that graced the naming ceremony of Wuraola and Owokunle who got married recently and prayed to God to bless them aboundantly.
Also, the district head, Ijo Mimo Ibukun Orisun Iye Special Apostle Ale and his deputy, Most Senior Apostle Tunde Fajutu, thanked the founder, Ijo Mimo Ibukun Orisun Iye, Prophetess Mary Osunla, for the spiritual backing to all the members of the church, both home and abroad.
He also thanked all the dignitaries present at the occasion for their presence and prayed for journey mercy to their various destinations
