After a commendable 31-year tenure at the Broadcasting Corporation of Oyo State (BCOS), Ibadan, Orimolade will retire from her role as a Director in the Programmes Department on Friday, July 5, 2024.
Her journey with the BCOS began in 1992 when she joined as Presenter 1 and over the years, she has demonstrated unwavering dedication and exemplary leadership, steadily rising through the ranks to her current directorial position.

Her contributions have significantly shaped the programming and operations of BCOS, earning her respect and admiration from colleagues and the public alike.
In a seamless transition from broadcasting to academia, Orimolade will join the Faculty of Communication and Media Studies at the Ajayi Crowther University, Ọyọ, as a lecturer.

What is not in doubt is that her wealth of experience and academic expertise will undoubtedly enrich the faculty and inspire the next generation of media professionals.
