The Chief Executive Officer of Excellent Academy Education Services (EXACAD), Dr. (Mrs.) Oluwatoyin Kolawole, has said the education consulting firm was created as effective platform for the country’s future leaders.

The educationist and school proprietor, while speaking during an interview with journalists, said the challenges faced by admission seekers have made it difficult for many students with aspirations to gain entrance into the university of their choice.

She expressed optimism that the collaboration with universities has opened up opportunities for many students to gain admission and begin academic programmes in different disciplines.

“We prepare students for all programs and we also advise students on what to do.Our partnership with universities is a journey we have embarked on and we are not looking back.

“EXACAD focus on Positive Action which breeds Confidence. EXACAD is a place where you GET IT ALL, GET IT STRAIGHT, PULL OUT THE BARRICADES to have whatever you want and become what you want to become.”

Giving an insight into how the idea started, she said being an educationist coupled with her interest in moulding lives she discovered so many flaws and faults in the performance of the students prepared for university without deep knowledge of what they are going to the university to do.

Kolawole added that when the students get to the university some of them become half baked and half done, stating that they come out to become problems to the society.

She then created a platform comprising of interested parents and students who care for Counseling and Mentoring to mend and reconstruct their ways before choosing a life career.

“Our Education Gurus, Career Counselors and Sound Lecturers are capable of fostering higher education achievement breaking all barriers and filtering the students study mode to get the right discipline that will open the gate for immediate employment as they get admission easily with no delay.

“While studying at the university of their choice, during vacation, we place our students through a program called (KNOWLEDGE ADD UP in our own business terminology).

“We arrange work for them in different places to work, get paid and gain more experience in that discipline which they have chosen.

“Our program include DIPLOMA, HIGHER DIPLOMA, CONVVERSION and CERTIFIED CARER COURSES (Top Up).

“Adult student, especially the WORKING CLASS has a choice of ONLINE Classes when upgrading his/ her profile through the Professional Development Certified Career Courses”, she said.
