Sunday, 25th of August, 2024 will continue to linger in the memory of Mama Olusola Iyabode Ayodele who clocked 67 years on the surface of the earth.
A surprised birthday ceremony was put by all her children based in the United States of America.
The celebration started with the children telling the celebrant to pay a visit to her friend, a birthday mate since the day was her birthday too.
However on getting to the event venue, the celebrant, Olusola bursted into tears of joy when she saw all her pictures surrounding the event venue, Centenary Plaza Hall, Makun, Sagamu in Ogun State.
The hall was filled to the brim with who is who in the society, clerics, academia, business stakeholders, political icons and host of others that were invited without informing the celebrant, Madam Olusola Iyabode Ayodele.
The celebration formally started at 2pm with holy communion preformed by the Ministers of God from the Cathedral Church of Rev.Mello, Agbowa Sagamu.
The opening prayer was said by Rev. Jacob Ayedona and the only lesson for communion service was read by Rev. Gbenga Rotimi and prayer after the holy communion service, prayer was said by Rev. Jacob Ayedona, followed by the thanksgiving of the celebrant while special grace was shared.
At the reception, the introduction of the important dignitaries was done and anchored by the masters of ceremony, Sunny White who later announced the ushering of the celebrant into the event venue followed by special prayer conducted by Sunny White
Thereafter, special song dedicated to the celebrant, sponsored by her daughter, the US based business mogul, Biola Ayodele was played and tributes in favour of the celebrant were said by some of the dignitaries present at the occasion followed by the cutting of the cake which was coordinated by Mc Money.
In the meantime, while speaking with the Queen of Red Carpet, Fola Slim of Apreel1 Events TV, dignitaries lauded the celebrant for her humility and perceverance which she put up when it was good or otherwise, stating that she endured in making sure that all her children made it in life and prayed for her to live long in good health.
The celebrant, Madam Olusola in her vote of thanks, expressed her joy to the children God gave to her, noting that without them she is nothing.
She similarly thanked them and prayed for them that their children will also celebrate them.
She also extended the prayers to her in-laws, friends and families who graced the occasion that tears joy will not be seize in their families.
