Osun youths hails Oyetola for facilitating 22 FG’s appointments

An Osun Progressive Youths under the aegis of Congress of Progressive Youth (COPY) has expressed heartfelt gratitude to immediate past Governor of Osun State and Minister of Marine and Blue Economy, Isiaka Gboyega Oyetola for being an instrumental to facilitate the appointment of no fewer than 22 indegenes of the State at the Federal level.

The Osun indigenes had earlier been appointed into the Federal agencies of the Federal Government of Nigeria by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu few months ago, adding that President Tinubu through Oyetola had deemed it fit to appoint another Twenty-Two (22) indigenes of the State into the various Boards of Governing Councils of different higher institutions across the country in recent days.

The group stated that the significant achievement reflects Alhaji Gboyega Oyetola unwavering commitment to advancing the cause of educational sector of the land by ensuring that the dedicated and capable indegenes of State were given opportunities to contribute to the growth and development of these various institutions.

According to the Press statement signed by the group Director General and Secretary, Mr. Aderinto Ibrahim and Comrade Lekan Ibrahim (Legacy) and made available to newsmen on Monday.

The statement reads in part; “His Excellency, the immediate past Governor of Osun State, Alhaji Gboyega Oyetola  has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership, team work and dedication to public service.
His efforts in supporting these appointments underscore his vision for a stronger, more inclusive, and progressive educational system in one hand and reward for loyalty to the State on the other hand.

“We are confident that the appointed individuals will bring their wealth of experience, expertise, and dedication to their respective roles, furthering the mission of these higher institutions and driving positive change in our educational landscape in line with renewed hope agenda of His Excellency, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu led Federal Government.”

“Once again, on behalf of all members of COPY, we extend our deepest appreciation to Honorable Minister of Marine and Blue Economy, Alhaji Gboyega Oyetola for his tireless efforts and exemplary leadership to ensure this appointment and others before it for Osun indegenes.We look forward to more appointments, continued collaboration and progress under his guidance.”, the statement submitted.
