“Tinubu’s calmness even in the face of growing opposition, provocations, and physical attacks on his business concerns by political actors in and outside your party, is evidence in the facts that the man who survived the military’s ‘Killer Squad’ and joined in winning this present democracy all enjoys today, will surely survive the future, even as the President of Nigeria.
“At RegentAfrica Newspapers, we urged President Tinubu to be more mature and magnanimous in his dealings, given the weight of his present position as the President for all.

“The need to demonstrate the leadership quality for which Bola Ahmed Tinubu is known is now.
“As a true democrat to many Nigerians who are knowledgeable of your records of achievements, both in politics and behind the revamped economy of Lagos State; the need to right the wrongs of the previous administrations to better the lives of Nigerians as the President is now.
“You fought tooth and nail along with other patriots to entrench this democracy, and Nigerians sure would expect no less excuses from your government to get the nation back on track as a democrat who has seen it all.
“The management and the board of RegentAfrica Times wish you success in the saddle, we call on your government to strengthen the the democratic exercise that brought you to power.
“We implore your indulgences to as a matter of urgency fix Nigeria’s moribund oil refineries which is the major stake all Nigerians yearn to put an end to the growing suffering among the people, in line with the promises you made to Nigerians,” Akingboye stressed.
