According to a statement on Thursday signed by the President of National Youth Mobilization for good Leadership in Nigeria and Arewa Revival Protect Project Coordinator, Hon. Muttaka Ahmed Ibrahim

Stating that this call follows the successful negotiation between the National Civil Societies Council of Nigeria and the Government for dialogue.
Regrettably, it says the ongoing protests have resulted in the loss of lives, destruction of properties, and disruption of economic activities in many states. “We cannot afford to continue down this path of violence and bloodshed.

In light of the Government’s willingness to engage in dialogue, the group appealed to the leaders of the protest to halt their actions and work towards a peaceful resolution.
“Let’s prioritize the sanctity of human life, the protection of properties, and the well-being of our nation.

“We urge all parties to embrace this opportunity for dialogue and work towards a constructive solution to address the grievances of the protesters”.

“Enough is enough, stop the violence, Dialogue for peace and end bad governance”, the group said.
