The JesusWorld Global Homes and Properties has celebrated outstanding partners, stakeholders, and contributors who have demonstrated excellence and dedication, while supporting the growth of the real estate ecosystem in nation- building.

The recognition which brought together top-notch speakers, respected industry experts, and distinguished personalities took place on Saturday in Lagos with a special gesture, as first 10 attendees received exclusive gift items from the organizers.

Among the awardees were former Governor of Kogi State, Yahaya Bello, the Ikotun/Igando Local Govt Chairman, Hon.
Comrade Ladisi Akinsanya Ayinde, the Travelogue CEO, Amb. Ayo Omotoso, Barr. Ore Sotomi, the CEO, KE2HO the Maestro Event, Mr George Abara.

The Convener, Barr David Happiness who appreciated all the awardees for their contributions, described the initiative as a unique and transformative gathering designed to unveil the real secrets of the real estate industry in Nigeria and beyond.
She emphasized that this year’s event is part of the company’s commitment to appreciate stakeholders, partners and staff who have demonstrated excellence, dedication, and also to uplifting people “from poverty to posterity” via education, mentorship, and strategic investment guidance.

Barr Happiness, whose leadership has shaped the real estate sector, maintained that accessibility and sustainability will remain central to the company’s mission for 2026, noting that the goal is not just to build houses but to support the growth of communities.

Chairman, Ikotun/Igando Local Government who was ably represented expressed gratitude for the recognition, applauded the JesusWorld Global known within real estate circles for hands-on approach and accountability.
Speaking on the governance, the Chairman vowed to continue prioritizing citizen engagement and infrastructural development, adding that communities have witnessed a wave of transformation and grassroots empowerment under his stewardship.

Tourism guru, Amb Ayo Omotoso who was one of the Guest Speaker, doubled as an awardee thanked JesusWorld Global for the recognition, says tourism is connected to Real Estate development, revealing that the economic impact of Tourism and Hospitality is closely tied to Real Estate.

Exploring the event’s theme: “Financial Assets Appreciation”, Omotoso stated that for Nigerians to experience financial gains in real estate, there is a need to invest first before the assets can appreciate in value.
According to him, “The position of JW Homes and Properties is clear: Calling you to invest to experience Financial Assets Appreciation if possible before the end of the year. Real Estate plays a critical role to enhance competitiveness of a destination.

“The availability of quality accommodations, modern amenities, and attractive infrastructure contributes to a destination’s appeal, making it more competitive in the global tourism market. Real estate developers often collaborate with tourism stakeholders to identify and meet the needs of target markets, create an environment that attracts and retains visitors”, he added.

Other Guest Speakers, Barr Ore Sotomi and Prince Chigbogu gave participants the gained valuable insights on how to build and sustain financial assets, secure long-term stability, and explore the vast opportunities available within property sector while the event had other side attractions from cultural display to dancing and singing.
