He advised youths in the country to aspire to become leaders irrespective of where they find themselves while reminiscing on his youth service days as a Corps Member in Ogun State, Adaramodu added that NYSC opportunity gave him a leeway in life.

According to him, “I am passionate about NYSC because it is for Nigerian youths. I am passionate to be a part of the NYSC Core Values. We’ll stand with the Scheme through thick and thin and contribute more to support the Scheme”,
The lawmaker also hinted that efforts are still on-going to get Presidential assent to NYSC Trust Fund, and called for continuity of the Scheme because of its roles in nation- building, youth empowerment and infrastructural development.

In his remarks, the NYSC Director General, Brigadier General YD Ahmed lauded Senator Adaramodu for his immense contributions to the Scheme starting from when he was the Chairman, House Committee on Youth and Sports.
According to the statement released by the scheme, the DG promised the Senator of his administration’s desire to take the Scheme to enviable heights.

During the visit, Senator Adaramodu inspected the new NYSC ICT building, NYSC Television News Studio and NYSC Museum where he commended the Management for their pragmatic and innovative leadership.
