Nigerian President, Bola Ahmed Tinubu has called on all citizens to spare a prayer for the nation for continuous peace and stability, and working accordingly in purpose to promoting unity, peace, and progress.
Tinubu who made the call in his message to celebrate with the Muslim Ummah on the joyous occasion of Eid-el-Kabir, said this is an event that symbolizes sacrifice, faith, and obedience to the will of the Almighty.
The President congratulated the Muslim faithful and pray that Allah should accept their supplications and acts of obedience, enjoined all Nigerians to reflect on the essence of this occasion, which holds strong meaning and significance for the nation.
Tinubu said, “Sacrifice and duty are essential ingredients to nation-building. It takes collective purpose, will, and action to bring about great change”.
Nigerian leader who acknowledged the sacrifices that the people have made in the past year, stated that his administration has set the nation on a firm pedestal of growth and development.
According to him, “The sacrifices and great expectations of our citizens will not come to naught, as already propitious outcomes are beginning to manifest with the economy strengthening and vibrancy returning to critical sectors”.
He reassured all Nigerians that his administration is prioritizing their physical, social, and economic security and will not relent on this noble endeavor.
