In a resounding endorsement of democratic progress, the Minister of Works, Senator Engr. David Umahi, has extended his warmest congratulations to Hon. Abubakar Kabir Abubakar following his triumphant outing in the recently concluded All Progressives Congress (APC) primary election in Kano State.
Abubakar, who currently serves as the Chairman of House of Representatives Committee on Appropriation, secured a vital victory that Umahi described as a testament to the overwhelming love and trust of his constituents in the Bichi Federal Constituency.
