Barrister Lawal Akeem Ishola, a prominent House of Assembly aspirant Oluyole Local Government Constituency, has extended his congratulations to the President Bola Ahmed Tinubu on his decisive victory in the All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential primary.
In a statement released from Ibadan on Friday, the legal luminary also lauded Barrister Sarafadeen Alli, the APC gubernatorial candidate for Oyo, for his resounding success in the state primary election.
Barrister Ishola commended the national and state leadership of the APC for the exemplary conduct of the primary elections, highlighting their peaceful and successful execution across the nation.
He expressed unwavering confidence in the caliber of candidates produced, asserting that the APC is strategically positioned to achieve comprehensive
victories in the forthcoming 2027 general elections, from the presidential level down to local constituencies.
Addressing the local political landscape, Barrister Ishola issued a fervent call for peace and calm amidst what he described as “groundless and unverified stories circulating on social media” regarding the House of Assembly primary in Oluyole Constituency.
Barrister Ishola urged party faithful to exercise restraint and await the official declaration from the national secretariat, rather than contributing to an overheated political atmosphere.
Reflecting on the internal party processes, the Barrister emphasized the diligent efforts of the party leadership to ensure fairness and transparency in all party activities, specifically aimed at mitigating post-primary friction.

within the constituency, affirming that he secured the majority of wards, which he believes positions him as an unbeatable aspirant for the Oluyole Constituency House of Assembly seat.
