This directive, issued to Infiouest Nigeria Limited, the contractor overseeing the project, aims to facilitate smoother and safer journeys for travelers during the upcoming Eid al-Adha festive period.
The Minister’s decision comes with a keen awareness of recent challenges, including an earlier accident on the road that has now been fully cleared.

To further ensure the safety and security of road users, security agencies have been strategically deployed along the route to maintain law and order throughout the festive season.
This proactive measure by the Ministry of Works underscores a commitment to public welfare, ensuring that citizens can travel with greater ease and peace of mind during this important holiday.

The opening of these critical sections is expected to significantly alleviate traffic congestion and enhance the overall travel experience for thousands of Nigerians.
