Umahi’s story is not merely one of political ascent; it is a blueprint of pragmatic leadership. A civil engineer by training and a builder by nature, he first captured the nation’s attention as the two-term Governor of Ebonyi State from 2015 to 2023.
Inheriting a state with dilapidated infrastructure and limited resources, he transformed Ebonyi into a beacon of progress in the South-East.
During his eight-year stewardship, his administration constructed over 1,500 kilometers of roads using innovative concrete pavement technology, ensuring durability and costefficiency.
